  • I am clean, so I don't need to wear condoms.

• Have you heard any others? How did you react?
• Why do you think people seem to be more concerned with pregnancy than they are with contracting and STI? (although withdrawal is stupid for both!)

Couple's have to follow birth control measures everytime to prevent unplanned pregnancy. Some of the birth control measures like condoms serves as protection against sexually transmitted diseases like syphilis, AIDS , gonorrhea ,etc. More than birth control measures safer sex is encouraged for better health.

• Even though you are clean, condoms guarantees safer sex
• It is to protect each other and make sure that both of us are safe.
• There are many brands , you can try something which may be suitable and prevention is better than cure .
• It is advisable to use condoms even if another form of birth control measures like pill is taken ,to prevent sexually transmitted diseases.
• Withdrawal is also a birth control method . Withdrawal is found to work best when used with another birth control method like a condom. Sometimes withdrawal may fail when preseminal fluid gets spilled over vulva.
• Using lubricants or lotion, petroleum jelly, or baby oil can break down the condom. So donot use anything like this and also donot wear two condoms.Lightly pinch the top of the condom and wear . So that there is room to catch the seminal fluid and get rid of trapped air which may make condom to break or burst.
• Condoms are made up of latex. Some may be allergic to condoms. Some latex free condoms are available in market . You can buy it and also seek the help of a physician if any further advice is necessary.
• If safety is not guaranteed pleasure can be put off permanently . Condom is a preventive measure to life long safety.
• If there is a feeling of awkwardness or shame better to seek help of a physician or a nurse practitioner to discuss about safety measures .
• Sexually transmitted diseases greatly affect the health of both partners and it can cause harm if mother is pregnant . Preventive health is better than treating after contracting the illness.
