Yes, we must apply the evidence-based practice in nursing, because this has been observed that it has very significant effective result in the healthcare.

Major aim of the evidence-based practice should be:

-           To get proper knowledge about the evidence-based practice

-           To get clear idea about he evidence-based practice, research, research utilizations and quality improvement

-           To get the significance of evidence-based practice in nursing for the high-quality patient care

-           To get objectives which can be challenging for staff members

Evidence-based practice mostly used to identify the major different between the traditional ideas and real research findings. This means a scientific data-based study.

With the effect of evidence-based practice it creates tasks to the nurses that “why" we are doing this, what are basic logic behind that process. This creates a challenging area of research and development. There are so much opinions and traditional believes we never think why we are doing, but with the evidence based practices those tasks can be completed.

During the evidence-based practices this we must focus on the following aspects such as validity, the acceptability, correctness and reliability for the all aspects of the study topics. There should be a clear-cut connection between our idea and tasks through the research process. Outcome of the research should be analysed with the aim of the research. There are different models for the research with the evidence-based practices.
