When solute is dissolved in water and if solution is connected with bulb and battery. Thus,

If bulb light up brightly then solute is strong electrolyte because strong electrolyte dissociate completely and conduct electricity.

If bulb light up dim then solute is weak electrolyte because they dissociate weakly and conduct electricity less.

If bulb don't glow up then solute is non-electrolyte because they don't conduct electricity.
