One of the positive adpects of job interview is that when intetviewrr starts asking questions which makes you feel comfortable such "Tell me about your strengths"? .Such questions strengthens my ability to give a detail report of my communication abilities, attention to detail, analytical skills, loyalty and commitment to the organization. The key to explain these strengths to a prospective employers is your ability to back them up with real-world examples. Telling about ones functional expertise or job knowledge are another positive aspects. It will help in explaining my current expertise and the types of continuing education in complete each year to keep my expertise sharp. Questions related to the medical areas where I had specific knowledge boosted my confidence throughout the interview. The most distressing part which I felt in a interview was when I was asked what my weaknesses are? So I have to mind myself when answering to such questions, as I should keep in mind as not to imply myself as perfect, but to rephrase my weaknesses as areas which needs improvement.
