Competencies is the ability to do something successfully and effectively. On completing the degree in health management , there will a lot of responsibility in various aspects which has to be done . These competencies and responsibilities will act as the work handed over to me in the health sector .
Two competencies that I would like to master are:-
- to vanish the discrimination done to recieve the treatment
- proper utilisation of the health care resources provided by the government for the welfare of general public . Hence , end of the corrupt practice going behind the scenes .
Both of the above mentioned competencies are the major issues in the healthcare sector . The government is providing funds , resources for the welfare of general public but all these are being utilized within the organization by corrupt practice and illegal activities and false documents .
Denial of Justice is the second issue ,people are not treated the same way , there is huge difference between the care given to a poor lay man and rich business person and VIPs gets international class of treatment . When the rights are equal to all then why this discrimination is there . It's a question to ask and act against it . I will try my best to reach my goal - to resolve these two major issues of the healthcare sector by being within my limits .
