Answer: The relationship between accountability and delegation as the accountability includes the process and procedures the one takes the responsibility or the delegation to perform. It provides a delegation skills to overcome the challenges.

The supervisor or the manager delegates the task to the staff members. In case when the manager thinks that the particular person can take the delegation as well as perform his task in a proper manner then in this circumstances the task can be delegated.

Sexual harassment is a kind of inappropriate sexual remarks or actions which embarrasses the person. It is also a kind of mental torture along with physical abuse. People tolerate it in the workplace due to their jobs as they don't want to lose their jobs. Some of them tolerate because of fear.
