Three levels of innovation are incremental, break through and transformational. In information technology incremental is a stage of innovation where there is small u[date or change which has less but very significant impact. At the same time incremental make more sense as it required more support and collaborative effort with investment which gradually develops over time. The examples are like cloud computing which is gradually enhances over period of time. The transofrmational are having the capability to completely change the current running setup.s Examples are AI and machine learning.
