Also chronic opiodal use is associated with the increased cardiovascular deaths. On the overall effect in integumentary system the opioids potentially induce the  keratinocyte mobility as well as the proliferation. the Opioidal overdose is associated with the acute kidney injury because of dehydration, hypotension, as well as urinary retention.
