Answer: Generally test needed for the hypopituitarism is depend upon the patient's symptoms and health condition. The sample of blood can be tested for the identification of the problem. Blood test can be performed for the pituitary and other targeted hormones level.

Sometimes stimulation test are necessary depending upon the patient's symptoms. This test results shows the deficiency of the hormones. This test is performed in the patient who has deficiency of GH hormones. This test is performed by giving insulin by intravenously.

Thyroid test is done by measuring the TSH levels as it plays an important role in regulating other hormones as well. Test fir LH and FSH is done by taking blood sample in women to determine the level of hormones.
