1.2, Have collaboration with your team and management to perform the task
Identify the barrier and rectify the problem
Have professional skills and knowledge for the productivity and proficiency and continue the education and learning process for staffs and others
Schedule the work task and get everyone's opinion involved in the process and get help from mentors if needed.
compare the previous goal to do the list, it should be measurable, cost-effective, less time consuming to accomplish the task.
