1) Difference between general OJT and specific OJT :-
a) The general on the job training is the workers' productivity as per their skills generally at any firm. On the other hand, specific on the job training (OJT) is the specific productivity by a worker at a firm on the basis of a particular job training.
b) Workers in general OJT gets same type of training for their basic productivity. But workers in specific OJT gets specific training to carry out a particular type of job or work.
c) Organization gets more profit in case of specific OJT than that of general OJT as employees can do well more in specific OJT.
d) The provider of the OJT, bears the cost of the training of the employees in case of specific OJT whereas in case of general OJT, the staffs bear the cost of the training.
2) Male marriage wage premium :-
It can even said that marriage men makes a lot more money than that of single men even after the expenses of children, education, etc. Male wage premium are partly depends upon the ability bias where males with higher income are more likely to be married than that of male with lower income. It is because the selectively has increased as higher income and cooperative nature may attract spouse. Hence, it can be said that marriage is causally related to the wages. In one way, spouses are greatly attracted to the higher income males and on the other hand, married people increase their productivity and wages earned after their marriage which is human capital.
