Interpretation:

The 90% Confidence Interval (6.0205 ,6.9875) is a range of values that is likely to contain an unknown population mean number of hours a student watches TV per week. If we conduct the experiment many times and calculate confidence interval in each experiment, 90% of the confidence intervals will contain an unknown population mean number of hours a student watches TV per week.
