Answer #1

And. For a continuous frequency distribution we must assume that all the data occurrs at the mid point of classes.

First of all we find mid point for each class

Mid point x = ( lower limit + upper limit)/2

Then multiply mid point x with the corresponding frequency and then add up and finally summing value is divided by total frequency.

The correct answer is (c).

So let find the best predictor of right hand span be on the person's height. Once we can predict the right...

hello there again! you guys were very helpful and made my last question clear, so thank you for that :) I have one more question, if someone could patiently read through. Currently, in this lab I am trying to find a relationship between the angle of incidence and the angle of transmission. My professor is using one of these: my positive values for the angle of incidence and its corresponding angle of transmission. my negative values the angle of incidence...

True or False (1 point each) (Correct the ones that are false) The purpose of an interval estimate is to provide information about how close a point estimate, i.e. sample statistic, is to the population parameter. If the population standard deviation is unknown and cannot be estimated from historical data, an interval estimate for the population mean can be constructed by substituting the sample standard deviation and using the t distribution instead of the normal distribution. You cannot determine a...
