  • Lunch: carrot cucumber salad (1 carrot and 1 cucumber)
  • Snack: 1 bowl of watermelon (approx. 500 gm)
  • Dinner: 1 cup of rice with 4 spoons of boiled pulses
  • Snack: 1 glass of milk

  • Breakfast: 2 boiled potatoes
  • Snack: 1 cup of corn carrot salad (3 spoons of boiled corn and 1 carrot)
  • Lunch: tomato soup (3 tomatoes, 1 carrot, 1 onion, 4 garlic cloves, 1 inch ginger, 1 cinnamon stick)
  • Snack: 1 orange
  • Dinner:1 cup of boiled broccoli (1 head cut into pieces)
  • Snack:  1 pomegranate
