Design the experiment to prove oxyR function(descript delete, over express, EMSA, RNA signal etc.)
oxyR encodes hydrogen peroxide - inducible gene activator.
This protein helps in regulation of hydrogen peroxide inducible genes such as ahpC, F, oxyS, fur and grx etc. OxyR also helps in formation of surface proteins. In this way, these ptoteins helps the aggregation ability of E. coli cells. This leads to give a morphology to the colony of E. coli.
If the gene is deleted, then hydrogen peroxide gene are not regulated. If hydrogen peroxide is not regulated, then E. coli immunity decreases. And colony aggregation do not take place.
If the gene is overexpressed, then in single colony, there are found many number of E.coli.
OxyR us regulated hy grx protein. This protein leads to reduction of disulfide bond in oxyR. In this way, grx regulated oxyR via negative regulation whereas oxyS activate the expression of oxyR.

can anyone solve this question for me please! -5 2. Express the signal x(t) as an exponential Fourier series. The time variable is in units of seconds. Use MATLAB to generate the signal x(t) as a partial sum of sinusoidal terms. Plot the resulting signal over a time interval that is at least three periods long. Generate a spectral plot showing separately magnitude as a function of k and phase as a function of k

In humans, Wiskott-Aldrich syndrome is characterized by abnormal immune system function (immune deficiency) and a reduced ability to form blood clots. Mutations in a single gene, WAS, gene confer Wiskott-Aldrich syndrome. You study it and use CRISPR-Cas9. Describe how you would design the constructs for this experiment in which you repair the mutations in WAS, conferring normal immune system function and blood clotting. Include all relevant constructs you’d need to make, and what model organism you would use
