Stress is the major factor present in all the areas of occupation Being a nurse leader, it is competitive quality to take care of the entire ward or wing and be the role model for the other nurses.

The coping strategies of nurse leaders :

*. Enhancing social support : social support is necessary for human as it would help him to reduce his mental stress. Social support helps the nurse leaders to have better professional development wereby ventilating their feeling and gaining the positive vibes from them.

* promoting job control : this caters the nurse managers to use their critical thinking strategies which helps the leaders to take an independent decision of doing things.

* recreation and soprts: its other way of enhancing a peaceful haemostasis wereby the nurse leaders create a positivity and creativeness which has to be inculcated.

The self presentation acts as a rolemedel merely on their work, they carry over, the perseverance in the job in providing the individualised nursing approach. The other is caring for others as nursing is caring for others and when nurse treats them with the principles of care she will definitely be role model for novice nurses.

The five pillars which helps in caring for others are:

* trustworthiness

* respect for eachothef

* resposibility

* caring

* fairness

The three effective strategies nursing leaders can use to Foster and promotote healthy behaviour are

* respecting others and include the 5pillars which helps both nurse and patient to have a better interpersonal relationship with the patients and collaborate better with team

* recreational activity: which in terms helps reduce stress and improve overall development  

* enhancing the social functioning and jobcontrol which helps them to be more successful in their life by having the balanced behavior
