In your own words, explain the difference between withholding and withdrawing care. Is one more ethical than the other? Why or why not? What are some of the ethical concerns associated with each?

Answer: There is a small difference between withholding and withdrawing care. The withholding care means leaving the patient to the natural element such that the disease may have its effects because healthcare professionals have already tried all the treatment. Whereas in the case of withdrawing care means that all those life supporting system that were provided has been removed.

Both the care are having ethical concern. In the case of withholding, patient are left and the disease may result in to fatal. So, in both the cases, ethical issues have been indulge.

Ethical concern associated with the withholding care, that the healthcare professional has left the treatment because no other treatment is going to work now. So, here it is related with Nonmaleficence. The withdrawal of the care is related to the justice to the patient.
