No they should not be crushed.They are in the form of sustained release capsules for longer duration as it protects them from degradation in the stomach acid.If they are they will be degraded and become ineffective.

12) 1 capsule is equal to 120 mg.

So 240 mg = 240 /120=2

So 2 tablets should be administered per day.
