Competitive advantage is a theory in which one company finds means to outshine its competitor and get better profits. A company usually makes strategy which helps it to perform better than its competitors, it could be better promotion, promising nature etc. Marketing message is how a company promotes its product for example one can say that their product is better than others because of the particular ingredient it uses, which makes it a healthy option.

If one company can produce goods cheaper than other, it will be able to price it less as well hence, it will have better bargaining power and more competitive advantage.

in all we can say that there are various factors which leads to competitive advantage and one keeps on searching and implementing those in order to gain more profits.
