Leibniz connects physics, biology, theology and introspection into a view of world’s point that considered as both complex and strange. With the discovery of modern microscope, Leibniz suggests that life exists everywhere and he also concluded that multiplication of things into living or nonliving was considered as obsolete. Instead, he suggests that everything was living entity.

According to Leibniz, the universe consists of a series of infinite number of units of life that are known as monads. It refers to any living atom that is very active and conscious in nature and varies in their capability of having distinctiveness and clarity kinds of thoughts. It is composed of inert matter that is incapable of handling muddled thoughts. Most of the monads seek to clarify their thoughts so that they are capable to cause pleasant type of clear thinking.

Leibniz proposed that each monad was characterized by a final purpose or cause that is capable of think actual and clear. Humans consist of all types of monads that range from plants, animals and matter. He also hypothesized that organisms are little aggregates of monads that represents conscious awareness at the different levels.
