Cephalosporin causes neurotoxicity in animals but not in humans as per the research

The aminoglycoside can put a patient at risk for kidney injury for about 20% in the administered cases.One hood side is it is reversible

Penicillin can cause glomerular nephritis but not nephrotoxic

Sulphonamide does not affects the kidney

The common antibiotics which are nephhrotoxic are aminoglycoside, non steroidal anti inflammatory drugs, dyed and contrast used for diagnostic purposes.
