Imagine your hospital unit has implemented a new care pathway, but after a couple of years appears to be no improvement in patient outcomes. Some staff members say the process is too much work and want to go back to the old system. What do you say to staff members?

Improvement does not occur in matter of days or years but it will take time to obtain certain level of improvement.It is a gradual process which needs both work and time.

Hospital staff should be involved in the first place to understand if whether some improvement is done or not in the hospital by new care pathway.

And they should work hard and provide quality care to patients to get improvement.

Management technique should be improved to get improvement patient outcome.

One should remember​ that improvement can be achieved when we follow and work hard in our duties to provide care to patients.
