Improvement does not occur in matter of days or years but it will take time to obtain certain level of improvement.It is a gradual process which needs both work and time.

Hospital staff should be involved in the first place to understand if whether some improvement is done or not in the hospital by new care pathway.

And they should work hard and provide quality care to patients to get improvement.

Management technique should be improved to get improvement patient outcome.

One should remember​ that improvement can be achieved when we follow and work hard in our duties to provide care to patients.
