Methods used to provide professional and personal customer services and positive

experience for customers in the health care industry.

          * During the of admission or receiving patients who seek medical care give adequate

              orientation regarding services (rooms,insurance,visiting hours,diagnostic tests etc)

              available in the hospital.

            * Maintain trustful relationship with the patient so they can approach easily in the healthcare

               process which enhance professional standards of organization.

            * Effective communication techniques like good body language,eye contact during

              conversation and open mindedness will provide positive experiences in patients

              who came for treatment.

           * Heath care provider should show good listening skills when communicating with patients

              it helps to enhance professional relationship with patient.

          * Receive feedbacks from the patients and make changes in behavour according to their

             needs which help to give positive experience to customers who admitted for health care.

          * Ensure participation of patient's family members and friends during care which give

             positively influence the patient to actively participate in health care.

          * Conducting couselling sections for patient with psychological problems and fear

             related to hospitalization which help them to cope up with current situvation.

          * Allow visitors to talk with the patient in specific time period which help to reduce the

            stress level of patient.
