       enzymes and there for can not be absorbed is called Fiber.

Q.4) The disaccharide important in nutrition are sucrose,maltose and Lactose.

Q.5) The recommendation for high carbohydrate diet refers to one that is

         High in complex carbohydrates and Low in simple carbohydrates.

         Glucose.
