I am looking for help Maybe an example of what I can write about. I tend to not write as organized as I would like. I have a problem with not being able to narrow down one topic exactly and I just turn the light on scattered. I'm only required to do one page I'm just looking for examples of what I can write about and how I can get started without having to fall off topic.

Research a specific social determinant of health/health disparity that is associated with a specific disease topic of your choice. Be sure to:

1). Describe the natural history of the specific disease,

2.) Describe the health disparity or social determinant of health related to that disease and

3). Describe the effects that the determinant and disease has on a specific population or on the US population as a whole.

Answer: one of the most common disease among the population is the diabetes. The diabetes mellitus is a condition where there is low production of insulin which causes abnormalities in the blood sugar level.

The most common cause of the diabetes are:

• Obesity
• Unawareness
• Poor lifestyle
• Consumption of alcohol
• Smoking.

Due to increased weight, people are becoming more prone to this disease and hence this also leads to increased risk of developing diseases such as cardiovascular disease, hypertension etc. Low socioeconomic status increases the risk of disease development. Poor nutrition and unavailability of proper medical care facilities also influences the disease.

This disease has impact on the population as it increases the risk of cardiovascular disease, improper management may be result in fatal. Patients becomes unable to live nornal life.
