Obesity is one the biggest public health problems of modern time. Often times experts advocate for increased physical activity or improved diet. Answer: Obesity is one the biggest public health problems of modern time and most of the healthcare professionals advice to focus on a healthy diet and increased physical activities. Increased physical activities cause more improvement in public health. Physical activities such as exercise, running, walking improves blood circulation, decrease cholesterol level and also keeps body and mind healthy and fit.

Making people aware of the indulgence of the physical exercise which will increase awareness among the community. Educating people being healthy and adopting a healthy lifestyle which will result in the better health of the public, it also helps to protect and improve the health of communities through education, promotion of healthy lifestyles, and research for disease and injury prevention
