Answer: Some of the specific question the patient shoudl be asked on cultural practices as the tradition the patient follows, language the patient and his family can understand more easily, use of traditional medicine and their beliefs.

These questions are important and after getting all the information this will enable the healthcare professionals to coperate better treatment. This will reveals the information regarding their understanding. Language is a mean of communication. So, if the patient is being taught in the same language which he can understand easily. This will increase efficacy if the medication and teaching plan.

Providing cultural competence environment to the patients enable to deliver quality of care as patients feels comfortable so they can easily discuss their problems. This will also helps the healthcare professionals to indulge some other medical and non pharmacological treatment to reduce the stress among patients. The patient's culture affect the type of care we provide to them. As friendly gestures and effective communication can have a good impression on the patients and hence it will increase the efficiency of the treatment. The culture of patient reveals about his diet also which helps healthcare to prescribe medication accordingly.
