Yes this happen to me when I went in a hospital for my job as a staff nurse for the first time I was posted there for the night shift and I didn't even know what should I have to do there and what not then I made a mistake as I was in the cardiac ICU and received a patient from OT after CABG i have to send his sample for blood investigation I took his sample from arterial line but as we all know that we should use clean gloves and clean the hub of central line before and after taking the sample I forgot to do this as I was in very hurry I my whole work was pending my headnurse saw doing me all this then she came there she asked me to get relaxed teach me the right way of doing that and without scolding me on that thing she just went away and after a few days she even apoeretiated me for my good work in the ICU and after this lesson I learned so many things and now a days I m working as a staff in the infection control department in the same hospital.
