1.As a nurse caregiver the nurse has to meet most of the patient needs in every aspects.By this method the patient can easily curable from the diseases. To receive an ultimate care to the patient the main thing is the patient trust with the nursing care giver. When offering care to the patient the nurse has to consider the ethics for getting a standardized treatment with out any complications.

In some instances the nurse may violate the ethics and results in ethical issues in psychiatric inpatient settings. The study reveals that insufficient personnel, excessive workload, working conditions, lack of supervision and in-service training are major causes that results in unethical behaviours from the nurses. The nursing violations are shown as a)neglect b)rude or careless behaviour c)disrespect of patient rights and human dignity d)bystander apathy e)lack of proper communication f)stigmatization g)authoritarian attitude h)physical interventions during restraint i)manipulation by reactive emotions j)not asking for permission k)disrespect of privacy l)dishonesty or lack of clarity m)exposure to unhealthy physical conditions n)violation of confidence

The results of the from study involving 202 samples sselected through cluster sampling method shows that most of the patients in the psychiatric nursing units are receiving inadequate and poor nursing care without following the nursing standards.

The conclusion of the study address the ethical issues and its related factors and needs a future research in psychiatric nursing with a focus on case studies and criteria for evaluation of service and competency and responsibility needs to be established in psychiatric nursing education and practice.

Surely mainly due to poor working conditions and lack of inservice education are resulting in most of the ethical issues

2.As a registered and a qualified nurse he or she has to minimize the issues results from violating the ethics. The one of the issue that is happened to my family member will quote below.Actually in any situations the nurse responsibility is to minimize the issues from the nursing part.

The organization is not maintaining a standardized ratio of nurse and patient. That results in increase workload to the nurse and the net effect is neglect from the nurse side to the patient.
