Health :   The important guideline in regard to the health department now a days is to maintain the health care stadards especially for the health care staff. As health of the health care personnel is very important to save and care the people.So certain guidelines must be prepared in protecting the people of health care industry.

Safety : Safety and security or protective environment is well maintained in the hospital for patient care.But there was a lack of this safety precautions for the health care staff because of inadequate supply of protective equipment from the hospital central sterile supply department.Ultimately many health care employees became victims of HIV , AIDS and Hepatitis which are life threatening.

Employee Assistance Programmes

Health Care Industry is always lagged in the employee assistance programmes , only few things such as workers compensation , reimbursement are the programmes which benefits the employees.But there should be certain programmes that deals with the health and wellness of health care employees, also certain programmes which helps the employees to deal with the physical and psychological work stress should be implemented.
