Improving health for the public provide significant benefit. global health issues impact health care directly. Local health department initiatives in disease prevention protect the health and wellbeing of the rural community. Community health ranking and roadmap programs help communities to find solutions for people's health in schools and workplaces. Changing health behavior promotes the physical, social and mental well-being of the people. Affordable health care by health insurance fulfill people's needs. A wide range of stakeholders supports improve healthy behavior. strategies improve access to rural residents. rural residents encounter a barrier to health care that limits their ability to obtain health benefits. Health issues they have in the rural community especially with tobacco, alcohol use, obesity, illicit drug use, STDs, financial barrier, lack of support from family and society, environmental pollution that cause various chronic illnesses. we have to approach these issues with evidence-based strategies, planning, policies, programs in the community to help people close gaps and promote health outcomes. strengthen the local workforce, improve access to quality health care, improve diet patterns, increase exercise and reduce injury with motivation to achieve the health outcome.
