Nutrition plays an important role in cardiac disease.If people take a proper diet which can reduces the disease conditions which related to heart disease such as hypertension,high cholestrol,stroke etc.patient need to avoid fried foods ,oily content food,tin food etc.excess consumption of junk food also leads to cardiac disease.so it is preferable to suggest homly food which includes more fruits ,vegetables and high fiber content food.proper diet would assist to reduce conditions like obesity and diabetes which also is a factor of cardiovascular disease.so it is necessary to tell the patient to take low cholestrol,low fat,low sodium cotent food to prevent and reduce the risk of heart disease.
