The main function of Sulphur in our body part of important enzyme reactions and protein synthesis as it is an important part of several amino acids such as; methionine and cysteine.

Sulfur deficiency often leads to pain and inflammation associated. Since sulfur is needed for the creation of the connective tissues that support our joints, a deficiency of sulfur could lead to joint pain or disease.

Sulfur deficiency in the body may lead to obesity, heart disease, Alzheimer's and chronic fatigue.

Symptoms of heart disease include; chest discomfort, nausea, indigestion, heartburn, or stomach pain and then spreading to the arm. dizzy or lightheaded feeling, throat or jaw pain,   getting exhausted easily and snoring.

Alzheimer symptoms; mental decline, difficulty while thinking and understanding, confusion during the evening hours, delusion, disorientation, forgetfulness, making up of things, mentally confused state, difficulty in concentration, inability to create new memories, inability in solving simple maths, or inability to recognize common things.
