Answer #1

Answer: Antioxidants are the major components and need of our body. It helps in killing the free radicals present in our body. It helps in preventing skin ageing process. It also helps in reducing weight and maintain healthy weight.

If we take complete diet then it should include all the nutrients such as vitamin, protein as well as omega fatty acids. The lack of nutrients or the intake of poor diet such as consumption of junk foods, oil food, fried etc. has no vitamins in it. Our body needs vitamins to perform various functions properly. The lack of vitamin causes many of the diseases or make us prone to have many disease. So, intake of omega-3 fatty acids may improve the vitamin need of our body.
