Answer #1

24. Total consummated calories for one day is 3500 calories. In which, 30% is from fat. So number of calories from fat can be calculated as:

= (30 x 3500)/100

= 105000/100

= 1050 kcal

Answer is: 1050 kcal

25. Fat provides 9 kcal per gram, so the total calorie from the consumed fat can be calculated as

= (30 x 3500)/100

= 105000/100

= 1050 kcal

And since 1 gram fat = 9 kcal

So 1050 kcal = 1050/9 = 116.66 g

Or approx 117 gram of fat produces 1050 kcal.

So answer is 117 grams
