Reducing sugar are defined as the sugar which easily gets oxidise utself and reduces reagent such as tollen reagent involves conversion of Ag+ into Ag and sugar is oxidised similarly in fehling solution where Cu2+ is reduced unto Cu + ​​​​​​.

So the incorrect statement is ( d ) ans The ketone on ketoses are oxidized up to carboxylic acids

As these mild oxidising agent is not capable of oxidising ketobe into acid it only oxidises aldehyde into acid
