The health care administration can overcome this barrier by having a staff that trains the physicians and the nurses for IT. A business research can support in helping develop a program or change in order to resolve the barrier or problem by making the change cost-effective through researching the various options. For example, the cost of launching the HER can be reduced by business researching.
