1. Organisation and time management of proficient skills:

prioritizing the work, delegation of work, effective communication, recruitment,use of critical thinking skills and advocacy of ethical and legal considerations should be the strategic skills for effective organisation.

Planning,prioritization,organisation,hourly rounding,documentation, handing over, effective communication with other health professionals makes a nurse to manage her time skills.

2. Demonstration :

we in our student period were four in one surgical ward. starting from morning 6-2 noon was our shift.We one by one in rotation for four days used to start with bed making fast and start off with personal hygiene and oral care. Simultaneously two of my ward mates they used to start off with injections as it was a govt. set up and after that we used to document. subsequently, we used to count empties injections, dressings etc in the ward and at last we used to give handover for other shift nurse.
