These terms work or do not work can be misleading. it focuses on different complex interventions for the broader question.
Systematic reviews always considered a gold standard. Cochrane review is a systematic review from Cochrane's colloboration through the Cochrane database of systemic review because the rigorous methodology used for a systematic review is gold standards.
