Answer: Healthy weight can be defined as the body weight proportional to height.

Overweight can be defined as when the person weighs more than the normal weight. As the people who weighs more than the BMI rate then the person is considered to be overweight. People having BMI (25 - 29.9) are considered to be overweight.

Underweight can be defined as the person having BMI rate under 18.5. The body weight when too low as compared to the height then the person is said to be underweight.

Person having more than 30 BMI rate is considered to be obese. The obese people have their body weight more as compared to the height proportion.
