I-Human

History- history taking is the most important part in tha dignosis of the patient. As the history tell us about. Sign and symptoms of the disease and by the help of these sign and symptoms there is probable dignosis made and this is supported by lab test

Physical assessment- physical assessment lead to the knowing sign of the disease and conditions of the patient due to disease ,so it is also an important part of the dignosis

Question ask to patient- qsn ask to patient lead to help to the dignosis to disease and ans of patient tells more about the condition and extension of disease in form of signs

Differential dignosis- it is one of the typical task to clearfy the related disease because lots of disease cause same symptoms

Final dignosis- probable dignosis is based on the sign and symptoms and laboratory test which supports the sign and symptoms confirm the dignosis
