22.2) The prostatic cancer starts at the time when the cells present in prostate gland turn atypical.Mutations which occur in the atypical cell's DNA leads the cells to develop and segregate much quickly than usual cells.The gathering atypical cells make a tumor which can develop to permeate close by tissues.

22.3) The 4 signs include,

Difficulty in urination.

Presence of blood in the semen.

Aches and Pains in the pelvic region.

Erectile abnormalities.

22.4) The Dihydrotestosterone may leads to the development of prostate gland.5-alpha reductase inhibitors are utilized to diminish an expanded prostate gland and to enhance the pass out of urine in a state known as benign prostatic hyperplasia.The 5-alpha reductase inhibitor is a kind of enzyme inhibitor.
