The Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health(HITECH) Act with the Health and Human service(HHS) provide quality health care by the promotion of health IT, it supports the meaningful use of electronic health records(EHR). It protects and secures personal health information. It engages inpatient and family health and reduces health disparities, improve coordination care and improve public health. HITECH act is interoperability. It encourages providers to share and qucikly update the patient record. It involves data capturing and sharing, advance clinical process and improve patient outcomes by adopting standards records and exchange health information. It makes coordination with the Office of the National Coordination(ONC) for health information technology and access and supports health IT to care through surveillance and disclosure requirements. It support on CMS for  EHR incentive programs for adoption EHR.
