Answer #1

Nurses are the heart of healthcare who serve patients round the clock when compared to other healthcare professionals. They are deductive, nurturing ,sympathetic, kind and helping minded ,caring, etc.,They take responsibility to care for patients, family members and the community which predicts their multitasking capacity but go achieve this i be should be knowledgeable. A nurse who lacks this may have difficulty in handling any critical or emergency situation. Along with this the nurse patient therapeutic relationships are affected.Media is a platform where everyone can see different things ,programs like Grey's anatomy shows the qualified and skilled nurse where exactly opposite is the program Jackie.

Hence to become a successful nurse in future along with care, nurse, empathy ,responsibility one shpuld also develop their knowledge and skills to be an outstanding performer in the career. Therefore this discussion is agreeable by all who reads it and understand its importance in healthcare field.
