Answer: Healthy food is important to maintain healthy weight as well as to stay fit and healthy. The combination of healthy food and exercise results in to healthy life. This also reduces health disparities. The foods can be made healthy by including other materials such as cooking food in the olive oil which is good souce of omega fatty acids. The foods can be make healthier by adding green vegetables such as cabbage, broccoli, spinach. These foods can improve the digestive system as it contains fibers. It also contains vitamins, proteins etc.
