Then you have to multiple mcg into kg, the result will be mcg per minute.

1000ml \div 50 = 20 hours

Patients weights 130 lbs

130 lbs = 59 kg (1 kg = 2.2 lbs)

Answer - Patients weights 59kg

Desire dose will be

18 units/kg \times 59 kg = 1062 units/hour

Answer - Desire dose will be 1062 units per hour.

The pump rate will be

500 ml\div 25,000units\times 1062 units/hour = 21.24ml
