Psoas sign : by hyper extension or flexion of right hip client get abdominal pain.
Rovings sign : right lower quadrent pain when pressing on left lower quadrents. By rebound tenderness. It is important sign in appendicitis.
Dunphys sign : it is elicited by voluntary cough of the client. So during coughing he will get pain in right lower quadrent.
These are the important signs we will seen in appendicitis.
Regarding all these steps to be do the simulation on the client dummy, by nursing educators , to perform on clients to rule out diagnosis.
