Assessment:First to make the patient sit in comfortable position like semi fowler's or high fowler's position.Then check the severity of the condition mild,moderate ,or fatal condition.Check the respiratory rate and oxygen saturation if it's not a fatal condition.

Diagnosis: diagnosis can be done by evaluating the symptoms like wheezing ,cough,dyspnoea,other tests which help to find out asthma are spirometry ,exhaled nitric oxide test,allergic test,

Education for asthma::

1. Teach them how to use the spirometry.

2.tell them to take medication properly.

3.Tell them to continue follow up

4.Tell them to avoid crowded area which may increase the congestion.

5.try to keep away from dust and other allergic substance which may worsen the condition.

6.tell them when to call for emergency.

7.avoid cold food and beverage s.

8.keep inhaler always with the patient.

9.keep away from animals .
