Director of personal are senior Executive of any Organization . Normally we used ti discuss with HR director about strategy and future vision of the company . We need to discuss about operation, policies of the organization

We need to ask about KPI to use to measure the effectiveness of the HR function

How do the company’s HR needs influence strategic planning

What do you do to ensure the HR department objective are aligned with strategic goals

We need to understand about Company culture ? how it will align with company growth objective ?

What steps has been taken by HR director to ensure diversity in the organization?

How do you stay current and ensure compliance with employment laws?

How your role in managing cross culture

If one of the manager under your supervision made a serious mistake , what would you do ?

How do you implement long run strategy for the organization ?

Developed a new policy and what did you do to make it work successfully ?

Describe a time when a manager came to you with problem they could not solve . In this case what is your course of action ?

What would you do if your position on an accounting issue differs from that of firm management?-

Reason behind financial statement manipulation – normally management do manipulate financial number to present a rosy picture of the company in order to meet established performance expectation and improve their personal compensation . There are couple of method to do manipulation of financial number – a) to exaggerate current period earnings on the Income statement with help artificially inflating revenue and gain or reduce expenses as well as provision to improve bottom line

Revenue number and treatment mis representation like – recording revenue prior to product shipment , recording revenue prior to completing all services , some time recorded fictitious revenue , increase revenue with some ONE TIME abnormal gain . Also improperly reducing liability and not making enough provision in the account .

As an accountant , basic duty is to protect financial from fraud , manipulation and provide investor correct financial number with proper health analysis . Accountant normally do following practice :

  1. Educate management – Which is most important tool “ Finance for Non Manager “ and established awareness about financial fraud   
  2. Established solid Internal control system – segregation of duties
  3. Established a string control environment – established ethical behavior among management . To avoid financial manipulation , accountant has to establish proper written accounting policy .
