ELECTRONIC HEALTH RECORD :

Electronic health record (EHR) is a collection of patient data their medical history and treatments recieved previously, it can enhance coordination of care for example if the patient had received a course of antibiotics but his body was resistant to that particular antibiotics it is recorded and hence is not added to tbe patients treatment in future, talking about saving paper and spaces it is a huge benefit for the healthcare workers they do not need to follow the old traditional way of documenting patient's data and findings in a paper which is a time consuming and requires more work and strength, also it is all computerised therefore it does not require a space for the stacks of files.
